Adriel, the engineer we worked with, has an engineering license but has no idea how to put together a grading plan or other related civil engineering work.   Adriel requires 50% deposit from his already very overpriced bid, then the nightmares start. He takes jobs, then contracts other cheap freelance engineers who also don't know how to do the job. In conclusion, he will never say no, will spend at least a year talking you around until your hairs turns completely gray and you will likely loose $10,000 or more in addition to your years lost time, then you'll have to start all over again with real engineers who know what they're doing. ADRIEL/ARC ENGINEERS, INC IS/ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
