I am currently working with them on the construction of an ADU and JADU. They submitted my plans to the city and now we’re waiting on the city to approve. So far my experience has been a very positive one. They have provided excellent customer service by always answering my calls and taking the time to answer any questions I have. They are responsive, attentive to detail, they walked me through everything in terms I could understand, and they've gone above and beyond in holding my hand through the frustrating process of trying to get the city to approve my home addition and remodel permits! Adriel, the engineer we worked with, has an engineering license but has no idea how to put together a grading plan or other related civil engineering work.   Adriel requires 50% deposit from his already very overpriced bid, then the nightmares start. He takes jobs, then contracts other cheap freelance engineers who also don't know how to do the job. In conclusion, he will never say no, will spend at least a year talking you around until your hairs turns completely gray and you will likely loose $10,000 or more in addition to your years lost time, then you'll have to start all over again with real engineers who know what they're doing. ADRIEL/ARC ENGINEERS, INC IS/ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
